For more than 10 years, Pamela Anevski, Esq. has guided her clients through some of the most emotional and tumultuous times in their lives. Specializing in personal injury law, and divorce and family law, she is known not only for her expertise in those fields, but also for her caring and compassionate nature. She fights tenaciously for her clients, but at the heart of each relationship is a deeply personal desire to help them navigate through some very complex legal situations.
Since the age of five, Pamela says, she knew she was destined to become an attorney. So much so, she would role play courtroom situations, using her hair brush as a gavel. The daughter of Macedonian immigrants, she grew up knowing anything would be possible with a strong work ethic and a commitment to her education. But to serve clients in areas like personal injury and family law, however, you must also possess an innate ability to connect with people experiencing tough, life-changing situations and earn their trust – and this is where she truly stands out.
“These are some of the most emotional matters people can go through,” Pamela says. “As an attorney, it’s my job to restore their hope, make sure they’re aware of their rights, and to represent their best interests.”
After becoming licensed in the State of California in 2010, known to be the toughest state bar exam in the country, she began her career in San Diego. In 2015, she brought her practice to Stirling, New Jersey. Her constant hands-on approach to practicing law has helped her to successfully represent her clients in personal injury cases that include motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall/trip and fall accidents, construction accidents, dog bite cases, wrongful death cases, and brain injury cases.
She prides herself, she says, on giving personal yet professional service, and on always being available for her clients. It’s a kind of one-on-one attention and devotion you won’t find at many larger law firms, where their operational structures may not allow for as much individual attention.
“When clients come to me, they’re often either in physical or emotional pain,” she explains. “They may be undergoing or seeking treatment, or facing mounting medical bills. They may be struggling with collection agencies or worried about how a situation may impact their children. I’m proud to say that I am available for clients to contact me to discuss any aspect of their legal matter. I am freely accessible to my clients – I’m here for them no matter what.”
